The Ntensify® micro is the smallest and most compact equipment tailored for the Ntensify® process. Combined with our mixes of reagents kit, this benchtop equipment can produce and purify from 0.4 mg to 160 mg of high-quality mRNA in 3 hours, in a flexible configuration that takes you from a 96 well plate to a 20 mL bioreactor.

The Ntensify® micro comes pre-loaded with the Ntensify® process, a redesigned and optimized process based on a 1-pot IVT with 1-step purification. This process can be executed in 3 hours and delivers a high-quality RNA with low residual impurities.

The Ntensify® micro provides throughput flexibility by offering 96 well plate compatibility, including deep-well plates. It can also operate the Ntensify® midi flex 20 mL IVT cavities, enabling scale-down in identical process conditions as the Ntensify® midi flex, our GMP-compliant equipment. This compatibility makes the Ntensify® micro the perfect springboard for future clinical and commercial production.
