The Ntensify micro comes pre-loaded with the Ntensify process, a redesigned and optimized process based on a 1-pot IVT with 1-step purification. This process can be executed in under 3 hours and deliver a high-quality mRNA with low residual impurities.

The Ntensify micro provides throughput flexibility by offering 96 well plate compatibility, including deep-well plates. It can also operate the Ntensify midi 20mL IVT cavities, enabling scale-down in identical process conditions as the Ntensify midi, our GMP-compliant equipment. This compatibility makes the Ntensify micro the perfect springboard for future clinical and commercial production.
