The Ntensify® mini is a research-grade RNA production system introducing a novel approach to RNA synthesis and purification. Both synthesis and purification steps are automated in a single system to enable production of up to 48 different RNA constructs at a 2 mg scale (multiplexing) or a single RNA construct at a 100 mg scale (pooled).
The equipment performs the Ntensify® process for cost-effective production of RNA drug substance, with a high-quality profile while minimizing impurities.
Mixes of reagents
A single kit containing all the necessary mixes of reagents to synthesize and purify RNA drug substance at reaction volumes from 4 × 0.4 mL to 48 × 0.4 mL.
The Ntensify® mini integrates perfectly in our Ntensify® portfolio and provides consistent scalability from medium to large scale production.
