The Ntensify mini is a research-grade mRNA production system introducing a novel approach to mRNA synthesis and purification. Both synthesis and purification steps are automated in a single system to enable production of up to 48 different mRNA constructs at a 2mg scale (multiplexing) or a single mRNA construct at a 100mg scale (pooled).
The equipment performs the Ntensify process for cost-effective production of mRNA drug substance, with a high-quality profile while minimizing impurities.
