We just have released a position as “Project Manager – Biotech / mRNA (Belgium)” to strengthen our PMO team and support multiple R&D and commercial biotech projects.


Your Mission:
As Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget and quality, while aligning execution with company strategy. You will act as a key integrator between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
·       Manage project scope, planning, timelines and resources
·       Control budgets, risks and project performance
·       Set up project governance, reporting and documentation
·       Lead project meetings and coordinate stakeholders
·       Support teams using a servant leadership approach
·       Contribute to PM best practices in a growing biotech environment

Your Profile
·       5+ years’ experience in Project Management within Pharma / Biotech (R&D projects a plus)
·       Experience with cross-functional & international teams

.       P&L management
·       Master’s degree (Business, Engineering or Life Sciences)
·       PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification is an asset
·       Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
·       Fluent English (French is a strong plus)
