MISSION
We are a fast-growing biotech start-up operating in an innovative and highly regulated environment. To support our leadership team, we are looking for a structured and proactive Management Assistant.
This role will be ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working closely with decision-makers. You will have a key role in organizing our daily operations, with the possibility to gradually discover more strategic and corporate topics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Executive & Administrative Support
- Support the CEO and Leadership Team in their daily organization
- Manage agendas, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Organize meetings, events, and business trips
- Possibilities to participate in preparation of presentations, documents, and internal communications

– Coordination & Team Support
- Provide support across different teams when needed
- Help in coordination of some projects and follow up on action points
- Improve administrative processes and ways of working
- Support internal communication and team coordination when needed

– Corporate & Organizational Support (learning on the job)
- Assist in organizing management and board meetings
- Take meeting notes and follow up on key decisions
- Help maintain company documents and administrative records
- Support interactions with external partners (legal, finance, etc.)
NB: No prior experience in corporate governance is required — you will learn this as you grow in the role.

REQUIREMENTS – QUALIFICATIONS:
- You have a first experience in an administrative, office management, or support role
- You are highly organized and enjoy multitasking
- You are proactive, reliable, and hands-on
- You are comfortable working in a dynamic and moving environment
- You are at ease with confidential & sensitive information’s, discretion is essential.
- You are at ease with MS Office and digital tools
- You communicate clearly in English + French
No specific degree required — your mindset, organization skills, and motivation are the most important.
Will be appreciated but not mandatory:
- Experience supporting C-levels or executives
- Experience in an international or fast-paced environment
