MISSION
As a key member of our field and operations team, you will play a central role in enabling the deployment and reliable operation of Quantoom’s RNA production platforms worldwide.
By ensuring equipment performance, supporting supply chain activities, and contributing to the industrialization of our technologies, you will directly support our mission to democratize access to mRNA manufacturing. This role, as “Field & Operations Technician” is at the intersection of field operations, engineering, and logistics, and is critical for delivering scalable, decentralized, and user-friendly solutions to our partners across the globe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1/ – Ensure maintenance, calibration, and performance of Quantoom’s integrated RNA production platforms at customer sites worldwide (including non-European regions), as well as post–factory release, enabling reliable, decentralized manufacturing of mRNA-based vaccines and therapeutics.
. – Troubleshoot system and process deviations in the field and perform structured root cause analysis (RCA) to rapidly restore operational readiness.
. – Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation of all service activities, ensuring full traceability within a regulated, GMP-aligned environment.
2/ – Support the Supply Chain team in enabling rapid and autonomous deployment of RNA manufacturing capabilities:
. – Execute in-house production of critical consumables and disposables supporting end-to-end mRNA workflows.
. – Coordinate logistics operations, including inventory control, ERP transactions, and preparation of international shipments to support global rollout of Quantoom’s platform.
. – Ensure rigorous documentation and traceability in line with high-quality-grade standards.
3/ – Collaborate closely with Engineering and Service teams to accelerate the development and industrialization of next-generation RNA production solutions
. – Support prototype testing, system integration, and field readiness.
. – Contribute to the transition from R&D to scalable, decentralized, and user-friendly manufacturing platforms.

PROFILE
– Hands-on field technician/engineer with a strong interest in RNA technologies and bioproduction systems
– Autonomous, curious, and driven to operate in a fast-scaling, mission-driven biotech environment
– Versatile, detail-oriented, and quality-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
– Fluent in English is mandatory; French and Spanish are strong assets
