We just have released a position as “CTO – Chief Technology Officer” to strengthen technical department and you will actively participate in process related to the conversion of prospect to client.

MISSION
As Chief Technology Officer, you will define and drive Quantoom Biosciences’ technology vision, translating cutting-edge mRNA science into scalable, impactful solutions.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in aligning technology, innovation, and business strategy to accelerate growth, expand market adoption, and strengthen our position as a leader in mRNA manufacturing technologies.
You will act as the company’s leading scientific and technological authority, both internally and externally.

RESPONSABILITIES
- Technology Strategy & Innovation
- Define and continuously refine Quantoom’s technology roadmap, from R&D to industrialization
- Drive innovation and intellectual property strategy to create long-term value & strengthen our competitive edge
- Anticipate industry trends (mRNA, GMP, automation, scale-up) and translate them into competitive advantages
- Business & Market Impact
- Partner with Sales and Applications teams to translate customer needs into technological solutions
- Support business development through high-level scientific engagement with clients and partners
- Work closely with commercial teams to support customer discussions and adapt our technology to real-world needs
- Contribute directly to to revenue growth by product positioning and differentiation
- Execution & Leadership
- Collaborate closely with R&D and Engineering teams to deliver on the technology roadmap & move projects forward
- Ensure alignment between innovation, product development, and industrialization within a fast moving environment
- Operate effectively in a cross-functional and matrix environment
- External Influence & Partnerships
- Represent Quantoom Biosciences in front of partners, clients & at scientific/industry events
- Build strong and strategic partnerships across the biotech ecosystem (customers, suppliers, research organizations, institutions,…)
- Increase company visibility through publications, white papers, talks …

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Master/Engineering/PhD degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences or Medical Sciences field
- Proven experience in a senior technical role (CTO, VP, Head of R&D, or similar) in biotech/pharma
- Strong expertise in mRNA technologies and/or bioproduction processes (GMP knowledge is a strong plus)
- Excellent communicator able to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to move from high-level strategy to practical execution
- Business awareness – you understand how technology create business value
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a high interest to participate in the scaling-up of our company.
- Well-connected in the life sciences ecosystem (Europe and/or global)
- Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
