This service is provided thanks to our proprietary benchtop system, NplifyTM, suitable for cell-free enzymatic production of linear DNA from a plasmid or gene of interest. The system is fully automated and integrates both PCR-based amplification and purification steps. It was designed to produce linear DNA for the subsequent manufacture of RNA using our Ntensify system.
